Antique Victorian 14k Gold Citrine Fob With Hand Detail c.1880s

Rare antique 14k gold fob set with a citrine stone at the bottom. The fob has ornate repousse work and a garland-like frame. The bail is attached to a hand motif connector holding on to a decorated loop.
