Vintage 18k Gold Natural Sapphire and Diamond Halo Ring c.1970s

Vintage 18k gold ring set with a 1.11ct oval-cut natural sapphire. The stone is a deep blue color with a touch of green. A halo of single-cut diamonds in white gold surrounds the sapphire. The warm yellow gold band has a soft taper for comfortable wear.
