Bio

Born in Cairo, Egypt, Sarah remembers visiting gold shops with her grandmother and mother in the United States and abroad. While growing up in New York and South Florida, she always felt comforted by the evil eye charms and hieroglyph cartouches that she was given to wear.
After acquiring a degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, Sarah decided to leave the fashion industry to continue growing LUXXOR Vintage. She later acquired certification from The Gemological Institute of America to expand her knowledge of diamonds and colored gemstones. Sarah continues to travel to collect sentimental and historical jewels to explore the connections between jewelry, history, and culture.
