Markings: 14 inside an M outline which is the 14k gold mark used by the ring maker JB Bowden & Co (New York, NY 1879-1950)

Material: 14k yellow gold, coral

Face measures approx 16mm x 12mm

Condition: Excellent antique condition with minor surface wear from age. No damage to the cameo.
